It’s already 10:48 in the evening… i don’t what to do.. i wanted to sleep since 9pm but i really can’t fall asleep, i wanted to watch some of my Korean DVDs but it’s like… i don’t want to start na lang, chances are i can’t stop watching it na until 2-3 in the morning.. gosh i can’t afford to be screwed up again in waking-up tomorrow morning… Then i turned on the PC, updating my blogs.. reading some news, articles, stories, etc. Then i was reading some articles about anger, depression and sadness which i am feeling now. I don’t why am i like this now. Is there something wrong about me? I guess more or less i know where this feeling started and why it is happening to me. It feels like hell when there’s no one you can share your thoughts and feelings. What’s the real inside of you…but i prefer to be in this way.
Anyways, reading some of these items about depression and anger thing makes me feel enlighten somehow… enlighten?!? nah! i don’t think so.. it’s more of.. i don’t know.. maybe reduced my depression.. ahh whatever!! Ok..reading, and reading, and reading.. then i was conveyed AGAIN in blogthings. hahaha.. i don’t know why i like answering all these stuff. I answered this “Which Asian Country You Should Visit?” My gosh! i was totally vexed with my results! It says that i must travel to India.. Hello?!?! i mean no offense with India but it’s not my thing, i mean I’m not Harlie, ok?!! who’s totally obsessed with travelling to India. OMG of all the places… i like the results in “What English Speaking Country Are You?” … hey it says that I belong to New Zealand.. geezzz i love it hahaha! I do love New Zealand!! And then I answered this “Who were you in a past life? I was thinking that i maybe a soldier before, or a warrior princess bwahahaha, or whatever character that has something to do with a battle. Then there’s only one question - “What’s Your Current Profession” Huh?!?! Naloka ako as to why the heck is this the question and what’s the connection?! (Anyway it can be.. somehow) And so the results show
Who Were You In a Past Life?
Who Were You In a Past Life?

You Were: A Happy Go Lucky Viking.
Where You Lived: Korea.
How You Died: Killed in Battle. |
Grabeeh!!! I feel like I’m so damn obsessed with Korean stuff talaga! Feeling ko talaga nabubuhay ako nung Korean War… nyaaahhhhh!!!! so does it mean kinalaban ko ang Japan?!?!?! AYOKO!!!!! ayoko, ayoko, ayoko..erase, erase!!! Maybe here’s the scenario, I’m a Korean who’s being captived with Japanese Officer (maybe by a name of Terada
hehehe) and then eventually naging mag-jowa kami..and then naging “you and me against the world” ang drama ng love story namin na may halo’ng “we have the right love at the wrong time” nyahahaahhaa!!! Haynaku.. kung anu-ano na naman’g mga hallucination ang naiisip ko.. makatulog na nga.. Jonbamdoisaeyo Ajjushie!

Why do we have problems in life? Isn’t it just so cruel that we are not all equal? Can’t we just make people’s lives be fair enough and equal? They said life wouldn’t be colorful and meaningful without problems or challenges, but what if things are getting too over board? Don’t you think that it’s still reasonable? I am not questioning God’s will nor His means… But then… I don’t know… It’s true that what has happened to you is clearly just because this is what you have chosen or maybe the consequences from your past actions. But what if it’s not!?! What if this is just because of people around you?
Helping people isn’t a bad thing, in fact it’s such a pleasant deed that you could offer to your fellas, but it’s getting beyond your borders it’s already unhealthy - like what the famous line says “too much of something is bad”. I just hope that people who are just relying on for “asking” will realize their actions.. that because of them others lives are affected.. really, really affected! to the point that, life has changed “ lifestyle, practices, mind-set, etc..

Life is filled a variety of experiences and depending upon life circumstances it is quite appropriate to be feeling any of a number of positive and negative emotions. Such emotional states include excitement, frustration, fear, happiness, anger, sadness, and joy with many more possibilities. All of these emotional states are normal reactions to specific life events. Even when they are experienced as unpleasant, they are normal reactions.
These same emotions, however, can intensify into abnormal states if they become an overreaction to the circumstances. For example, if a store clerk is rude, you may respond with normal irritation and complain to the manager. If your irritation quickly escalates to anger and rage then you may create such a scene that you are now the rude and obnoxious person.
In a similar manner experiencing a loss may make you sad, but if the sadness becomes out of proportion to the event then you fall into depression. Sadness is normal, but depression is not. Depression is when you become sadder than sad.
Depression differs from sadness in its intensity, frequency, and duration.
-
Intensity. While the event would make most people sad, you respond with a much deeper level of sadness. It is too intense. Your sadness moves outside the normal range of response.
-
Frequency. Your sadness may not be out of proportion, but it is recurrent. You seem to get over it, and then it comes back. This repetitive cycle becomes a pattern in your life.
-
Duration. Your sadness comes and it stays and stays. The sadness lasts much longer than it does for most other people in similar circumstances.
-
Any combination of these factors can result in depression. If it does then you have become “sadder than sad.”
